Context & Brief

U+I, an innovative regeneration developer, needed a new corporate website to showcase its impressive portfolio and connect with diverse audiences—investors, community members, and partners—across all devices and browsers. The goal was to deliver a more interactive, intelligent, and engaging site that reflected U+I’s vision and values while improving technical performance.

    My Role & Leadership

    As Digital Strategist & Content Lead, I:

    • Immersed myself in U+I’s world and audited the existing site to uncover gaps in audience insight.

    • Led user research, interviewing internal stakeholders and real users to define persona profiles that informed every creative and content decision.

    • Facilitated weekly content and design workshops with stakeholders, ensuring the site structure and creative direction aligned with audience needs and U+I’s corporate story.

    • Persona Development: Created detailed profiles to guide UX, content hierarchy, and design decisions.

    • Content-First Approach: Connected U+I’s corporate and investment narratives with community-focused regeneration stories, ensuring a human and strategic balance.

    • Wireframes & Site Structure: Produced wireframes that mapped engaging formats—video, infographics, and animations—to bring stories to life.

    • Creative Brief & Messaging: Centred content and design around the premise “Purpose Drives Performance,” unifying brand voice and user experience.
